Installation Day
Once we arrive on site, the manager introduces himself and the team leader who will oversee the installation. If there’s an existing wall that needs removal, we begin with that. Otherwise, we jump straight into digging holes for the new precast pillars and preparing the site for accurate alignment and stability.
The Concrete Glue That Holds It Together
Next, we begin mixing concrete on-site and offloading pillars one by one. Each pillar is carefully planted at the correct height, ensuring a level and sturdy base for your new wall. Once the pillars are in place, we slide in the slabs between them. After installation, we grout where needed, fill any gaps, and perform a full clean-up of the area to leave your property neat and ready.
While the manager may briefly leave to complete nearby quotes, rest assured that a qualified supervisor will always remain on-site to oversee progress and maintain quality control.
Around lunchtime, the manager will issue a clear and itemized invoice reflecting the final amount payable. Once the work is done, the manager returns to conduct a final inspection and ensure that you are fully satisfied with the results. The balance is settled before our team leaves — only once you’re happy.
